Mongolia is a very big country. And it can get pretty cold in winter. That’s why you will need something warm to wear. So what should I wear in Mngale?
First of all, you should know that Mongolia is a country of three cities – Ulaanbaatar, Asolo and Ovorkhangaz. The capital city is Ulaanbaatar. Asolo is the largest city. And it’s also the oldest city. The other two are quite small. There’s quite a lot of history in both cities.
The weather in Mongolia is cold. You should dress in layers. You can wear cotton shirts over a sweater or a t-shirt. In winter you can also get a light coat over a sweater. The country is named after a mountain in that region, which means the weather is unpredictable there.
The other day I was walking in Asolo, when it got really cold. A guy on a bicycle was giving me a ride. We talked for quite a while and he was telling me about all the places he had visited all winter. But then it got cold and he said that it was getting chilly.
So I’m wearing a woolen blouse, wool socks and a scarf. So now I have what I need for Ulaanbaatar. And as for my coat in Mngale, I have no idea. My friend in Mngale told me that it was warm there but…I really don’t feel comfortable yet.
I’m going to try to stick to the advice I’ve learned from my friend. I will probably wear some other items as well. It’s not cold yet so I can really give it a go. I just hope that I can stay warm enough.
When in Mngale it is always fun to eat outside. Especially if there are some other people around. But this winter, I think it would be better to have a nice dining experience in a restaurant. Or even better, have a nice cozy dinner in our house.
This year I am going to wear a dress. And it will be pink. I can’t say that I’m very happy with it because it doesn’t look like something I would want to wear outside. But this is my country, so I guess it’s the only country that looks good on a man. What I mean by that is that everybody will think that I’m just from this country.
I hope that I will get more time to see more of Mongolia. It’s pretty cool actually. But it can be a little uncomfortable in summer. So that’s why I will probably wait until next summer before I go. That’s my country, don’t you have anything to lose.
